Document and correspondence numbers ready, instead of gathered by hand

How many documents await approval? What is the average response time to correspondence? Who has read the latest circular? Answering usually means collecting numbers from several screens and spreadsheets. Mstnd gathers them in one report center.

Ready reports for document, activity, correspondence and circular logs, a visual analytics dashboard at a glance, filters by status, type and creator, export to Excel, CSV or PDF, or scheduled delivery of recurring reports.

What reports does Mstnd provide?

The Mstnd report center includes document and folder reports: the document log, activity log, internal shares, storage and usage, viewing activity and AI processing; administrative correspondence reports: the correspondence log, response time, follow-up performance and portal engagement; and the circulars log. The analytics dashboard shows charts of documents by status, type and most viewed, and any report can be filtered and exported to Excel, CSV or PDF, scheduled, or saved in the system.

The challenge

The CEO asks for a picture of the department's performance: documents approved this month, response time to incoming correspondence, and the read rate of circulars. The team spends a day pulling numbers from different screens and assembling them in a spreadsheet.

How Mstnd solves it

The department's officer opens the report center, picks the document log, response time and circulars log with the required period filter, and exports them to PDF within minutes. The monthly report is scheduled to arrive automatically at the start of every month.

The result

Decisions built on the system's own numbers, on time and with less effort.

Reports and analytics

What is not measured is not improved

A document management system records every action: upload, approval, view, share and reply. But that data is of no use while it stays scattered across logs. Reports turn it into information: where do approvals stall? which departments use the most storage? which documents are requested most?

With the analytics dashboard, the picture appears at a glance: documents by status and type, internal shares, AI processing and organization members, so the discussion starts from numbers rather than impressions.

Real-world example

The administrative communication department needs a quarterly report on circulars. The officer opens the circulars log in the report center and filters it by period and the "for acknowledgment" action type; the distribution by status and the acknowledgment rate of each circular appear. They export the report to Excel to attach to the meeting minutes, and schedule it to arrive at the end of every quarter.
